"Save yourself some time and sanity and don't drop off your UPS packages at this Howard Beach CVS UPS Access Point for pickup. There's a chance it won't ever be picked up by UPS. I waited days after dropping it off for their package check-in scan to even update on the tracking info. Then called the store to see if my package was still there, they said it's not. I asked if I can stop by and review security footage, was told they only keep up to 2 days of recording history. Ended up filing a claim with UPS, then drove back to CVS with a print out of the same shipping label on the box. Walked up to the cashier and immediately looked behind at the myriad of disorganized packages on the shelves and saw my package tucked away beneath a mix of outgoing/incoming packages. Asked for it back so I can drive it to the UPS Store myself. Happy it didn't get lost, but now the package is a week behind scheduled delivery date and wasted a lot of my time."

"Chose another pharmacy if you can. They are incompetent. Move slow and the pharmacist is rude and unwilling to help. They have the people held hostage because they have a good location and want to keep pharmacy within CVS. Lines are always long. They don’t know what they are doing and never have the answers. I waited on the line for 20 min for them to say the antibiotics are not ready. Then to be told they don’t have it and I have to wait on another line to have the prescription transferred. I waited another 20 min on the other line for them to tell me that I have to have the other pharmacy call them to transfer the prescription and they can’t do anything. They are idiots."

"I do not understand the poor reviews. I have been coming to this CVS for 12 years. They are all helpful and wonderful people. Never a problem with my scripts. By the time I get home from leaving the doctor's office the medicine is already in their system and ready to pick up. When I'm looking for something in the aisles it's either the manager or other employee eager to assist. Good Karma=Good Outcomes"
