Ferreira Foodtown of Parsons Blvd. - Supermarket

"Good afternoon, first , I was really unsatisfied with a cashier named Elsa, she doesn't has customer skills because she was rude and not friendly. I was buying a Motts Juice that was on sale 2/6, then when I went to pay , she asked me for a club card. I told her "I don't have it" , she answered me saying so nasty " so, you are part of club , you have pay full price". I had 10 years experience in supermarket, usually cashier should answer providing information how to obtain a club card or find a way to get the discount. She didn't try to help me at all. I stated with a reason because I went two days ago I came to supermarket and paid for my merchandise with another cashier who helped me to get the discount using a special card, so I was so satisfied with the attention. I recommend, the store manager to give a better customer service training to the cashier named Elsa. Thank you."

"Needs to be renovated and modernize. I went there for a few items on sale and bought my own bag. The lazy young man said he don’t bag. I had an injury . I have never gone back to shop. Staff not helpful. A ghetto supermarket."

"Fake reviews on here. This store gets less than one star. The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. Staff are dumb as hell and can't calculate simple math. They make an error and are obnoxious to the customers instead of being apologetic. They rudely speak spanish in front of you. Even their sale prices are higher than any other stores. I've seen milk and frozen food sit out for long periods too. STAY AWAY!"

"I’m a pretty smart shopper and I LOVE ME A DEAL, especially when the owner does absolutely do everything in his power to be a huge part of the community and he does his best to do right by his employees and he makes sure his stores match his type of energy and most importantly Foodtown, I’ve interacted with great friendly and definitely funny staff. They’ve helped me with anything I needed in the store,staff is absolutely friendly.I’ve taken notice on how much they take pride in serving us ,since I always see new changes to the store being made! Definitely recommend this store to feed your stomach and your soul, especially knowing all the great things this store is able to provide for everyone around us and continue giving to those who truly need it. There’s a manager I last spoke to, Andres.He’s a hard worker and does his absolute best to make the customer get a good laugh and DEAL AND most importantly his friendly and inviting demeanor make the experience great.
