"So I have shopped here on and off for the last couple of years. Their selection isn't always the greatest but they can be reliable for standard pantry items. However, I went in there today to try and find something in the international food aisle and they didn't have it. At this point I went to leave the store and one of the workers stopped me to ask if he could check my bag on the way out with the presumption that I must have stolen something? There is no signage in the store that states that no outside bags are allowed within the store and I know this because I have shopped there for the last couple of years and that has never happened. I've never even seen it happen to someone else at the store. He checked my bag which had my laundry items in it and did not even apologize for the mistake/presumption. While I can understand that they must be going through some theft issues at the store, I think this was handled unprofessionally."
"This c town always sell expired foods. Last time I got expired baby yogurt and this time i got expired cookies should check expiration date before buy something."
"Both my wife and I have had the Hispanic deli worker give us an attitude for unknown reasons. I feel like I am bothering him and almost don’t feel like approaching him upon entering. The female behind the deli counter is a sweetheart. Also, less than half of the items are not showing the prices. I have to frequently go to the register to obtain the prices on numerous items. For a supermarket in the heart of middle village you would think they would be a higher level like neighboring supermarkets. I go there out of convenience, not the experience."
"The MOST DISGUSTING supermarket I ever been too. Everything is expired or moldy. I don’t understand how this supermarket is still in business. The reviews are correct I would avoid coming here if I were you unless you want mold or expired food. The prices are non existent and even the display had mold. AVOID AT ALL COST."
"The improvements made to the vegetable and fruit sections are remarkable. However, it would be beneficial if they also focused on upgrading the meat sections. One suggestion would be to adopt an open concept where customers can have the butcher cut and package the meat right in front of them, reminiscent of the traditional butcher experience. In general, the shopping experience is positive, but enhancing the meat section would be a valuable addition."
