"PRO: produce & fruits are fresher than most other local stores. This is relative so it’ll last 1-2 days after purchase vs other stores not lasting 24 hours sometimes. CON: aisles are small, always restocking (good & bad), need to check produce well for any molds, need to check expiration dates, and you have to be super vigilant at checkout because there is cashier who double charges all the time. The name on the receipt says Gabriela but I don’t know how accurate that is. I live nearby so I go there quite often, at least 2x a week. Prices don’t always scan up as advertised. Depends on how much time I have I’ll ask them to correct it or just put it back. But if I get Gabriela then I have to watch the screen like a hawk so I don’t end up being charged $10 for 3 mangos like this morning. They were 3 for $5. If you catch her then she just mumbles sorry then correct it, but after 1.5 years of going here, and this happening 8-9 times out of 10, I don’t buy it was an accident. To be clear, other cashiers are fine! As others have mentioned Spanish speaking customers get treated better. It is what it is. Yes sometimes they talk about you - I know because yo entiendo. When I’m with my Colombian hubby then it’s no problem haha."
"I had to stop to buy a couple fruits here, I walk in and also I need to do pi and I asked the guy in the front where is the bathroom and he told me that they don’t have bathroom so I turned around and I left, what kind the marketplace is this that they don’t have a bathrooms for the costumers or maybe that guy don’t want me to used it. Very very bad services"
"This is one of the most deceiving management I've ever seen. EVERYTIME, the flyers shows offers and I go to the cashier, she calls for the manager and he replies "that's not it" even if is shown the same as advertised and date. It's a complete joke."
"This is not a first time when I buy something at this store to be spoilt it happened so many times. Today I went to buy some Ginger and when I start piling it, it turned all dark inside and the color of the ginger turned gray. They put a sign fresh ginger, this store need inspiration because I think they have many products they are spoiled. Like meat, yogurt, milk.I would definitely try to avoid this store. Update : I just want to the store to return the ginger and the manager told me that how it should be. Unbelievable. I finally returned it and went to other stores to buy ginger I will attach a picture of the good ginger so the manager can see how should ginger look like."
"A nice, clean store with good specials, though their circular doesn't reflect them, so you have to walk through each aisle to see them. Also, you have to get a new Key Food card for this store as they don't accept others. Weird, but wasn't an issue since they don't have any new cards, so the cashier used her own."
