"The store staff is fine and helpful. The pharmacy is abysmal! Disinterested staff at the best of times, lethargically shuffling through their shift head down. But often they are even worse, outright rude, not hesitating to sass and argue with customers. Shown up for vaccines that never happen and sit with others waiting for an hour plus. My worst horror story is after my mother had a knee surgery she had to do her first night home without her pain meds because they couldn't get right after three visits, each time "ready in an hour" and never was. And on last visit when told to come back in an hour, they were closed by then! Please save your sanity and health and go anywhere else as it's only gotten worse. I've been to the Dyckman location and had good results. Also now going to a mom and pop in my block which is delightful."
"Literally everything is behind glass. And there are no associates to open it. This is absurd. It would be faster for me to take a train downtown to a pharmacy that doesn’t have everything locked up, purchase it, and take the train back up here than to wait for someone to unlock anything here. Seriously, go elsewhere."
"Pharmacy is a joke. The people are always so rude. There is always a really long line. Staff is truly incompetent. I have a million stories but today I came from urgent care and they said it would be 15 min. I waited 20 and they said it wasn’t ready but it was now lunch so I’d have to come back later. Then why tell me 15 min in the first place? All with an attitude. It’s not the customer’s fault if you don’t like your job or are having a bad day or your store isn’t managed well. Stop taking it out on us. I’ll be moving all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy that just opened down the street where they are kind to people."
"Horrible. Prices are high. Staff unfriendly and arrogant. Pharmacy line is 2 blocks long everyday. Pharmacy also never answers the phones at all or they hang up or just leave you with the machine forever. Every item is locked behind an anti theft glass case panel. For a little bottle of aspirin you have to press a call service rep button. For Everything you have to call them so they can open the shelf for you. If you do go to pharmacy expect to wait average of 20 minutes even if they got all 3 cashiers. Go to a local pharmacy 2 blocks away. Seriously. Rite Aide across the street was so much better."
"The CVS pharmacy is consistently plagued by long lines and ill-equipped staff who are unable to handle issues promptly. On my last visit to the CVS pharmacy, I waited in line for over 30 minutes to pick up a prescription. When I finally reached the front of the line, the pharmacist was unable to find my prescription and had to start the process over."
