"I have been a loyal customer for cvs for years. With that said the only one that provides excellent customer service is Humma, I believe that’s her name. The other employees need to be trained more or cvs needs to hire a more professional group to handle this sight. I had the worse customer service ever. I have an Extented customer service experience and this group of employees on summit Ave in Union City are giving a very poor rap to the cvs industry. They do not make a customer feel helped and I numerous times was not treated with compassion. I go there because it’s close to my home but I’m thinking of changing stores. I use to be a cvs employee years ago and I know how to speak to customer especially if we want the site and company to be successful"
