"I live in CT & couldn’t get home in time to pick up my rx when i was in long island for family gathering yesterday, i called cvs east northport & kristen transferred my rx and said it would be ready in 30 minutes. i said i need to get to the airport can it get done any sooner? she said ill do it right now & it’ll be ready in 2 minutes. very accommodating! lucky for me there was only 1 other person in line at the time so nobody got bumped out of order. Kristen ran the one that was not covered by insurance through a savings program and kindly patiently explained details. great customer service i was really wow’ed."

"If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is why all these pharmacy’s are closing downs. Under staffed and slow. They literally had 20 people waiting in line to pick up medication. I was on hold for about 30 mins, and then another 25 when I called back. NEVER picked up the phone. This place is such a joke. How they are still open is mind blowing to me. My daughter needs her medication & not one single person could help. They had over 5 hours to fill it. I even called the front of the store & they told me they are “busy”. Do yourself a favor & avoid this location at all cost. Mom & pop pharmacy’s are my next stop."

"the absolute worst customer service. several times my doctor has prescribed me multiple medications, when i go to pick them up no one tells me my ins wouldn’t cover one or the doctor needed to be contacted to prescribe a generic version or an alternate med. I was just on hold 2x for over 30 min each time. this pharmacy is the worst !"

"Manager left a new employee by himself. I had a UPS package to send and I waited 15 minutes for the manager to come and help me. The employee was very nice but he went twice to get the manager which was a difficult task apparently. Self service checkout does not mean you can leave the store unattended. If you don’t have enough employees then consolidate and close some stores. If you continue ignoring your customers they will go away and you will put yourself out of business. If I don’t want customer service I can order Amazon. I’m not going back to cvs. Waste of time and over priced."

"This is a terrible CVS location, they have items that are in stock but, there are plastic bins scattered around the store with the merchandise I would like to buy and the employee tells me, "Yeah, those bins won't be opened today or maybe for a week or so." Terrible employees and a terrible store. The plastic bins were stacked taller than me. Its an accident waiting to happen."
