"As a loyal customer for the past 13 years, I have always appreciated the convenience and reliability of your services. However, the lack of proper notification regarding the delivery changes and the unprofessional behavior of the pharmacy “MANAGER, HANK” , have left me deeply dissatisfied. I would like to address the issue of inadequate communication. It is disheartening to discover that the pharmacy failed to notify its customers about the changes in delivery protocols. As someone who relies on these deliveries for my Autistic child’s medication, I was shocked to find out that I can no longer receive them without any prior warning. As a single parent who works unpredictable hours at times, this lack of transparency has caused significant inconvenience to me and disruption to my daughters healthcare routine. Also, Furthermore, the unprofessional conduct displayed by HANK, the pharmacy manager, is deeply concerning. During my attempt to seek clarification on the delivery changes, I was met with rudeness and condescension. Hank not only failed to provide any explanation or assistance but also abruptly hung up the phone on me. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and does not align with the level of customer service I have come to expect from Rite Aid. As a long-standing customer, I believe it is crucial for Rite Aid to address these issues promptly and take appropriate measures to rectify the situation. I kindly request the following actions be taken: 1. Improved Communication: Ensure that all customers are promptly notified of any changes in services, such as delivery protocols, through clear and concise communication channels. This will allow us to make alternative arrangements in a timely manner. 2. MANAGERIAL INTERVENTION: Address the unprofessional behavior displayed by HANK, the pharmacy manager, by providing appropriate training and guidance. It is essential that all staff members, especially those in managerial positions, treat customers with respect and professionalism. I hope that Rite Aid takes my concerns seriously, 13 years I trusted Riteaid with my children’s medication and it’s so sad that I had to come down to this. "I would give NEGATIVE stars if I could. This pharmacy is the worst. Always out of stock. The main pharmacist guy is rude. My fist encounter a month ago they didn’t have my stuff and they had to order so I have to wait few days. When I finally got the text that it is ready they gave me a tampered kit or the wrong one and it was incomplete so I have to return a few days later to get the rest. I told my hospital that I am switching pharmacies for the refill because I don’t like this location but they told me for the refills I should not have any problems. But when one month later I went to get a refill, they told me to wait a few minutes. A few minutes later I asked “how many minutes left” the rude main pharmacist told me it is not ready yet haven’t the other girl told you and he said I should come back the next day. I am so done with this rite aid location and will be calling my hospital today to change location for my future refills. I am wondering how this pharmacy is still open."
