"They had my diet Dr pepper( hard to find in my area), my boxes of chocolate movie theater candy. Different varieties for 1.25. The only thing I couldn't find was my whatchamacallit candy bar. I find them there. Something else that's hard to find in my area."

"I had a coupon from the pampers app that I wanted to use here but was unable to use i went today and a young lady and I am guessing her manager or supervisor were able to process it for me! Definitely happy with the customer service! Employees are always nice here!"

"The items in the pic is clearly marked and description matches the item. I went to register 2 and the cashier (name unknown) said it's $12:50. I told her what the sign stated and she then she asked an male employee (name unknown) to check the prIce and he returned to say it's $8:50 but charge me the $12.50. I asked to speak to a manager and was directed to FRAN (picture attached) at register one. FRAN then, with no logical explanation, tells me $10.00 is the price she'll charge me. I was unaware FRAN had the power to price items as she pleases despite the customer being correct about the pricing and item. I left the store with no detergent for my daughters clothes and with the notion never support a company that can't honor it's own pricing. Even after showing FRAN the picture I took of the tag she refused to honor the pricing. FRAN is a poor representative of this store I frequently visit and the wrong representative for FAMILY DOLLAR because I've been in similar situations at other stores and it's always been resolved as it should."

"don't shop here the manager is lost he has no idea how to use a coupon they have items on sale but when it's time to checkout they give you a hard time the cashier was a little rude she needed help so did the manager he didn't know if i should put the items back or if he should scan it twice omg it took 15 mins for him to figure it out i swear shopping in Manhattan is way better the Bronx customer service is horrible i won't shop here again thanks for wasting my time zero stars"
