"CVS Manager Billy is a complete jerk. Wasn't given a receipt in-store and was given receipt via phone. Said he was 'doing us a favor' by giving store credit for unviable passport photos we had to retake and stormed off after refunding was done. Didn't even tell us we were getting store credit until after transaction was done. Ash, the other worker was sweet and tried to be as helpful as possible despite limitations."

"Why is it that you hang up on customers 15 minutes before your lunch half hour? Twice! Then hold time was 45 minutes before Lisa picked up the phone abruptly disturbed by her tone and wording. Phone etiquette Lisa please be respectful to me next time."

"Pharmacy always has a wait and there always seems to be an issue. Not sure when I will learn my lesson. I have been here for almost 2 hours waiting. Wish there was a Walgreens in the area. No sign of improvement over the years. This location needs someone to step in and fix the issues here."

To make matters worse, you call and wait for over 30 minutes on hold to speak with someone from the pharmacy, and then they answer and hang uP!"
