Reviews
"The prices are a bit high sometimes but students can use dining dollars. I would recommend price labels if anything."
"The worker Sunny is always nice and friendly"
"Syracuse Market always has a great snack waiting during work hours. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is a smaller space, but they manage it well and have a decent variety of things for different needs. Keep it up!"
"Horrible customer service. Today I bought a wrap from the store and it was so stale and dry it cracked trying to open it up. When I brought it back the guy behind the counter told me it wasn't there fault and he wouldn't exchange it for me then laughed in my face like it was funny. Very unprofessional."
"The absolute worst customers service ever. They have no prices on anything an the store clerk got mad me with me because I asked how much something is. If you don't want the question asked have prices out. Then I asked for a receipt the clerk got another instant attitude but he gave me one. This was my 1st experience at the store. Now yesterday the same clerk was doing inventory with a lady an I waited patiently even though I was on my 30min break. Then when I asked for a receipt the man gave me the most deadiest look. I felt like I said I'm about to rob this place with the look he gave me. I wasn't going to write anything about the store but this is the THIRD time this has happen. Now its an issue so I will be calling around to see where do I report this because to make me feel like a bad person just because I asked for a RECEIPT is very uncalled for an unprofessional!! I think that it is my right to have a receipt with every purchase I don't care if its a corner store and people usually don't get one will I DO!!"
