They achieve a beautiful depth of flavor with every protein - everything is taken to the next level. The hummus is gorgeous and all of the salad offerings are always super fresh and delicious. Above all, the food is CONSISTENT - always perfectly cooked and fresh! Since they offer vegetables as a rice substitute if you prefer, I lost about 15 lbs last year eating Harissa for lunch during the workweek - that's a pretty big deal! An absolute must try for lunch if you can get here!"
