"I just had a client whose return flight was cancelled (not delayed, outright cancelled) while commuting to the airport. The email received explicitly said NOT to proceed to the airport. My client exited the subway and sat at a nearby bar for HOURS while I attempted to contact JetBlue for a reasonably soon flight replacement or hotel voucher to lessen the cost of an additional and unintended night in NYC, but was eventually informed that they would actually need to proceed to the airport to receive a voucher - the opposite of what was indicated by the original email which announced the cancellation. My clients, extremely frustrated at this point, did not want to pay more money and waste more time proceeding to the airport for a voucher whose value JetBlue wouldn’t even confirm. Unfortunately the complete disregard for the time of their passengers appears to be a feature and not a bug, and “compensation” offered as the result of poor service is designed to be unusable. I suggest an airline with a better reputation for customer service."

Many airlines book flights for exorbitant prices and show up a half hour before a long flight with barebones meals and beverages. With JetBlue Airlines, however, there is never any downtime where you need to go without something or make other plans! The planes are always clean and comfortable. I love flying with then."

During the current virus surge, they packed a cross country flight (BOS-LAX), were lax about reminders, did NOTHING to enforce any semblance of social distancing and provided zero attempts to police waiting areas and the airplane itself for mask compliance. Never again. Our lives are worth more than your profits."
