"They are in the business for the money and not for the service of children. Cause there is no way that my son started the school in june and we agree for him to come for the 10 o clock session as pt and ot wasnt available for the 8 o clock session but 2 week in we are being told that therapist isn't available for 10 o clock session only 8. Like we did a whole tour and went with when the therapist was available. Really wished they were transparent up front and stop wasting people time. They try to change the shedule to fit with their needs and not the needs of the child."

"My child has been with this center from October was doing well before he get to the center and all of a sudden after five months I heard he is not doing well when I question the schedule and timing, they gave us false information on a daily report and make changes without informing the parents and they are not capable to deal with kids that need a little more attention than others they write one program and thinks it’s gonna fit every kid I think the director don’t have a clue what goes on in the center… if they know your baby is having a problem adjusting to their so call program they will let you know by the 3rd month and they will address the issues by blaming the teachers that have left their center. basically they are on organize and insensitive be very careful. I remember times when my son wasn’t getting his speech and OT. Nobody said anything to me when I go through is daily report book, i have to go to them and ask why he’s not getting any speech and OT they’re going to let me know that they don’t have any but they never seems to want to inform you about it. They have no compassion and just wanna treat you like a number."
