"Will post a shift smart shift and accept your shift and have hours go by and not cancel it just for you to come in and be thrown out in the cold because they apparently already have somebody. Take the ad down then. Rude to me as well when I’m the one who spent Twenty dollars to get here for nothing and now I’m out in the cold with nowhere to go and have no idea what to do because she wouldn’t even try to help resolve it or tell me what to do. Krysten you need to treat people better. Do better."
"Pumped $28.42 of non ethinol gas on pump 6 and it took almost 10 minutes. I only had a very little bit of gas left and wanted to fill up but stopped pumping out of frustration of how long it was taking. Got in my car and the gas gauge did not move. No gas was coming out. I went inside where the employee called the manager who said she would be in at 5am to fix the issue. I still do not see a charge back and I have tried calling the store but nobody will answer."
"We stopped in tonight for our usual pizza slices. The sauce was so spicy hot that it burned our mouths and we couldn't eat it. What was put into that sauce??? Never again!!"
"I live close to this location and I appreciate the convenience of going here on the way home from work. They generally have a good selection of things to cover what I need and often have things on sale. However, they recently changed to automated tellers for self checkout. I generally prefer self-checkout and have no problem with it most of the time, but having this means that the people who would normally check out customers at the registers no longer will do so most of the time and there have been times when I've gone into the store and there seems to be no one there at all. There are times when it is still necessary for staff to be around, such as checking ID's for alcohol and tobacco products, and assisting customers who have difficulty using the technology of the self checkout, which happens to be quite a few people from my experience. Overall, a good store, but they need to work on balancing the human assistance vs the technological assistance to pay for products."
"Apparently the young lady doesn’t think that the mask mandate applies to her. As I approached the counter, I told her to put the mask up over her nose and mouth instead of wearing it on her chin. Placed my order, and let’s just say that her attitude toward me was barely warmer than ice. I will not mention her name here, but will identify her when I talk to corporate."
