"Pros: house is setup to accommodate children. Staff is seemingly nice however Cons: Staff are very unprofessional Kept my sons supplies Ana please call parents by they name and not sweetheart n babe >:/ Damion does not answer the phone at all It was my initial concern being tossed 3 phone numbers for one daycare is a huge red flag Failure to communicate is a huge red flag for me. Not to mention the first few days my son went and I paid them (the wife) but the husband blew my one up like I had not. RED FLAG. The fees should equal the service and it does not. RED FLAG I’ll take the loss of my sons supplies but I will take the win of peace of mind and value for my dollar elsewhere. Urbansitter gives you more control of childcare experience. Some providers get things very confused. I’m not going to play about my child nor my money."

"PROS: -Clean, safe, nurturing environment -Owners are also parents to young children who provide the same level of care that they would expect any childcare provider to extend to their biological children. -Owners diligently honor licensing policies and there are no violations on file. -Owners are big on daily sanitizing, which is EXTREMELY important more than ever before in this pandemic climate. -Owners provide prompt service (my child was always the very first arrival, promptly at 7:00 a.m. each day and I was NEVER late for work because of Sugar Drop Day Care, not one day in the entire year that my child was enrolled). -Hardwood floors with mats (children are not exposed to disgusting, germ-harboring carpets -which should be banned in all Day Cares, in my parental opinion) -This Day Care provides the NYC 3K program. -Owners are patient and do not discriminate against toddlers who receive Early Intervention services. -Owners communicate adequately with parents and encourage open communication with parents. -Owners also offer transportation service that may be convenient in meeting the needs for families who have school-aged children in addition to babies/infants/toddlers (be sure to inquire about transportation service as necessary). -Most importantly, your child will be enthusiastic about attending EACH and EVERY DAY that he or she is dropped off. CONS: The new location may be out of your way, when the owner relocates the Day Care to another section of Rosedale in the very near future – but remember, the owner has a transportation service that you can inquire about too (if it’s convenient and within your budget). If you have a list of Group Family Day Cares to visit/tour in the Rosedale area… – you will most likely not even bother going to tour the others (if you tour Sugar Drop first). Don’t bother looking any further and hopefully there is available space for your child once your decision is made. Rosedale is lucky to have Sugar Drop Day Care in the community! God Bless."

"My sons started here in the middle of August while the Epidemic was just really starting,the lady that runs the daycare helped me day in and day out to make sure I was able to get my voucher and get my toddlers started as soon as possible, annie was so helpful. The love she has for teaching and caring for children is amazing. My 3 year old son comes home everyday with new words and new stories. Its amazing how a home daycare has showed my son's more than a center, from the lovely welcome to the warm goodbye hugs sugarDrop daycare has really became a big part of our everyday life!
