"My contact with Ms. Dabs at BCL Daycsre was most unpleasant and upsetting. Initially Ms. Dabs presented herself as a pleasant person but her real self could not be contained! On more than one occasion during the enrollment process Ms. Dabs spoke to my daughter and myself in an extremely rude, condescending manner without provocation. Suffice it to say my grand daughter will NOT be attending this daycare in September 2016 despite it's very convenient location. Ms. Dabs creates a very unwelcoming atmosphere that I don't feel comfortable allowing my grand daughter to attend."
