"We love Magic Moments Academy! Our daughter started her daycare journey with the lovely staff at MMA and it has been nothing short of an amazing experience. We were nervous for our 4 month old to start, but due to us both working daycare was the right choice and I am so grateful we found a family at MMA. Our daughter is beloved by their teachers, and gets excited to see their faces every day. Communication is seamless, they have a wonderful parent community, and I wish I recommend this facility higher than 5 stars. Thank you Ms. Lori, Lil' Caterpillars teachers & the entire team at MMA!! Unfortunately we are moving away from NYC and have to find a new daycare (would never leave otherwise), the only silver lining is that another family will get to experience the MAGIC that is MMA."

"We sent our daughter there from 18 months through the age of 4. We started in early 2021 (early covid) and they were immediately thoughtful and caring, while navigating early covid. Throughout the 2.5 years we were there, they displayed creativity, a thoughtful approach to childhood development, and most importantly for us, our daughter had so much fun was always excited to go to school. The wonderful staff taught our daughter an incredible set of human skills to navigate social relationships, beyond exposure to numbers, letters, and the basics. MMA staff are incredibly reliable and flexible in providing care, and have always taken a solutions-oriented approach to every challenge that faces a daycare/preschool in NYC. MMA has bulked up their logistical and support staff, and their professionalism and processes are as clear and strong as their services are caring. I could not recommend MMA more highly!"

"Shaquam Archer is a very unprofessional person. She already have an altercation with a parent on front of other parents. My nephew goes there and this lady don’t know how to talk to people, and I heard the she don’t treat her staff appropriately. She’s disrespectful. Is very sad, because before she started there this school was very pleasant place and trustworthy school for kids to be. So that being said we consider to relocate my nephew to an other child care."

"Finding a daycare that you can trust with your child is stressful...now add a pandemic on top of that. I fully trust Lori, Nelissa, and other staff with my daughter. Its one thing to just provide a service, but to do it in a manner that shows that you truly care about each child is much more valuable. Every morning it felt like I was dropping my daughter off with close friends. She always came home in a good mood after leaving Magic Moments Academy. Their covid response has been very organized. Lori regularly communicated with us via Zoom during the closure on their procedures for re-opening. They have followed through with every step of their plan providing daily temp checks for parents and child, facility disinfection, and covid questionnaires. In short, I highly recommend MMA. We've since moved so it was sad to have to say goodbye, but my wife and I will always remember Magic Moments as our daughter's happy place."
