They are very unprofessional and didn’t consider my observations or pretty much anything I addressed when it came to my child.As a first time mom, you would want to have an open-ended communication reciprocated easily. But, for some reason the level of respect was very low and they lacked common communication skills with caring for my child. The manager lacked disciplinary action when one of the workers decided to pass me straight w/o saying hello or any proper acknowledgement. And this happened after the fact of me mentioning that workers’ work ethics to management .Bottom line is, as a parent, you would expect proper Customer Service, care, & handling when it pertains to your child/children. Unfortunately, they lacked all of those attributes that parents would prefer when they have to leave their child/children at a daycare facility."
