"1ST DAY I SAW HER NEPHEW A 7 YEAR OLD HIT A 1 YEAR OLD OVER THEW HEAD ABOUT 2 TIMES WITH A CHAIR BEFORE I TOLD HIM TO STOP AND HAD TO REMIND HIM SHE IS A BABY. POOR CHILD YOU COULD TELL AT HOME SHE IS LOVED AND HER MOTHER BROUGHT HER HERE NOT KNOWING SHE WASNT SAFE. THE DAYCARE OWNER TOLD ME THAT HES BARELY EVER THERE OK BUT HES BAD AND SHOULDNT BE THERE AT ALL."
