"My daughter has been attending this day care since she was 7 months. She is now 3 years old. She is so well taken care of and loved. She loves going there every day. She loves Mrs Josefinas food. They keep the place clean, tidy and hygienic. And they have a wonderful side yard for the kids to enjoy during warm days. Honestly I’ve always felt so lucky to have found them and to be so close to my home. They are a hardworking family and are dedicated to the children. Don’t hesitate to consider this day care!"

"As a deeply concerned parent, I feel compelled to share my experiences at this daycare center. While I initially had high hopes for a nurturing environment for my child, there have been several troubling incidents that I believe warrant serious attention. One of my foremost concerns is the overcrowding of the facility, with more children than there are staff members to adequately supervise them. This has raised issues, particularly for my child with special needs, as the daycare contemplated ending services with his therapist due to limited space, impacting his crucial therapy sessions as mandated by the state. Furthermore, the outdoor play area, meant for enjoyment during summer, unfortunately led to my child experiencing numerous bites—averaging over 7 bites daily. These bites triggered severe allergic reactions, resulting in a distressing case of diarrhea, as confirmed by our pediatrician. My attempts to address this matter with the daycare's father (Ben) were met with dismissal, and though the daughter (Naty) initially agreed to have an exterminator address the issue, the service was unexpectedly denied by Ben without any explanation. Upon further escalation and involvement of the health department, my child was abruptly terminated from the program via a text message, which I found unprofessional and disheartening, especially given my consistent efforts to communicate and seek resolution. Subsequently, when requesting copies of signed contracts and documentation concerning their body search protocol, I faced resistance from the daycare, making it challenging to ascertain their adherence to legal procedures. Additionally, my child, who requires feeding therapy due to sensory issues, was allegedly given only bottles of milk, which might have contributed to his current state of constipation. Despite voicing my concerns, the daycare staff disregarded my worries, leaving me feeling unheard and unsupported. Minor yet distressing incidents, such as misplacement of my child's belongings and inconsistencies in admission policies, added to my growing apprehension about the center's overall competence and professionalism. As a single working mother, I had hoped for a safe and caring environment for my child, but regrettably, my experience has fallen short of expectations. I urge prospective parents to conduct thorough research and consider these concerns before making a decision about enrolling their little ones in this establishment. Please know that my intention in sharing this review is to raise awareness and promote improvement for the benefit of all children entrusted to their care."

"My grandson was recently terminated due to the fact that the mother voiced her opinion on the fact that her son was bitten over 14 times in 2 days. My grandsons mother offered a free exterminator for their backyard and they denied services. The health department was called and to this date they still have not treated the backyard. I have seen children in the daycare with tons of bites. Aside from this they are very unprofessional they refused to hold a conversation with the mother , called the cops and did not want to release my grandson to his mother. I would be very careful in choosing this daycare."
