"The daycare center was great at first all the teacher are really nice and seem that they have a genuine care for the children. But as you start to go on a regular basis things change. 1. You walk in a room to pick up your child and the teachers and 3-4 in a room in deep conversation with each other while children are on the floor, crying, running around, etc. 2. It seems that the teacher treat certain parents whose children they like the most better. Othe parents they don’t aknowledge and give the cold shoulder. 3. The director seems like she is organized BUT don’t let her fool you. Most of the time the teachers are doing what they want on their phones talking to each other leaving the kids alone in the room and she’s ok with this. I think she’s the biggest problem of them all if she were to stop nagging parents about little insignificant things maybe MAYBE parents will feel good about leaving their kids there. THANK GOD she’s not in the room with the children otherwise I wouldn’t leave my kids with her SHE HAS NO PATIENCE constantly gossiping, and constantly telling you (parent) how to raise or educate YOUR CHILD! If Ms.Mata were to leave and re open the pre school I would definitely bring my kids back but not with her there. She is NO educator, she’s not responsible I don’t understand how she’s still there."

"My son goes here, im confident on the care and teaching, I love the Bear Room and the teachers are great. He's coming along with the adaptation and speaks very good of his day at school, nice, clean, happy."

"My 3 year old twin daughters started attending Tender Tots this past August. Ever since I started the enrollment process I felt so at ease knowing that I had finally found the perfect place. At first I was scared being that it was going to be their first time being away from home under someone else’s care but Ms. Mata made sure I felt comfortable enough before I signed any papers.In such little time my daughters have learned so much. Every day they come home speaking, showing, and doing new things. In my own opionion, it is the best child care center and I will recommend it to ANYONE! The center is always very neat and clean. The staff is amazing from Ms. Mata, the amazing teachers in the lion room, and all the other staff that makes you feel comfortable and welcomed the minute you walk in the door. I have zero complaints. Nothing negative to say about this WONDERFUL place! I am actually very thankful that they have helped my daughters adapt to new things and a new environment even though they (the twins) can be very dramatic!"

"I must say since my 3 year old Levy has been in this school I love it. The teachers and director Mrs. Mata are very perfessional and respectful. They have this awesome app as well that you can check on your child with through out the day and it's just awesome. I would recommend tender tots on close avenue to anyone looking for a trustworthy daycare/childcare provider."

"There clean but looks can be decieving if they don't get there way they become very disrespectful especially the director she needs to learn to stay professional at all times. My son had a asthma attack and fail to call emt at a appropriate time they didn't even call emergency contacts word of advice be careful with this daycare"
