"Service is terrible. I had a rep call, ask me for a date that works, i gave her the date..only for her to argue about it with me to the point of a screaming match. it appears they hired anyone. how is this helpful when they hire ppl with mental health issues. a complete disservice."

"I had an interview with the PDP and she refused to hire me based off a biased employee in which they forgot to exclude me from an email which was about me. I had a great interview with the PDP Ms. Sarai btw, however she declined to hire me which was not right at all and is a form of unjustice! My work ethics speak for themselves and i am glad i do not work at a unprofessional and biased program!"

"When I started working for Astor, I found the environment to be positive, and I had helpful coworkers and supportive supervisors. Unfortunately, the culture has shifted greatly over the past 5 years. Supervisors are now promoted prematurely. They have acted very impulsive, making attacking statements and gestures at even their long standing employees without having evidence.The worst part is when the supervisor cliques have HR on their side and make up information to build a case, and get away with it! When employees were interviewed for feedback, no suggestions were taken and positive changes therefore not made. Instead it is made to be the employee's responsibility to make changes- where changes are not possible- and Astor continues to be negative, hostile, and TOXIC. There are so many other places to get your experience!"
