Reviews of Pearly Bites Veterinary
"We were at the end of the rope with our cat. He had stomatitis and he was in great discomfort and unable to eat. We knew we needed a specialist to help our little one and decided on Pearly Bites after researching a few animal dentists. We prayed and placed our little Pipo in the hands of Dr. Livermore and the tech and support crew at Pearlybites. We could not be happier with the outcome of all the work done. The tooth extractions and after care were 100 percent perfect. The attention and direction given by tech German was reassuring and professional. Call backs about questions were addressed quickly. No waiting for answers. Same from Jen the Client Coordinator. She was professional and responsive to all our many questions and quick to call back in a timely manner. It was a very stressful time for us and all involved at Pearlybites were aware and held our hand throughout this horrible time. Thank you Dr. Livermore for your patience and professionalism and outstanding dental work. Thank you German for your patience, caring, and reassuring manner and medical guidance. Thank you Jen for all the extra time and patience needed to get our anxious questions answered and helping with our special requests with scheduling. It seemed impossible that our little Pipo which we love would ever be healthy or happy again. But he's back to his old lovable fat playful self and 100 percent healthy. Thank you to all at Pearly bites. We have recommended you already to friends and anyone in need."
"Overall, great experience taking such good care of my petey boy. He's a 6 lbs Maltese with severe case of periodontal disease — he needed 30 extractions, more than we anticipated but had the peace of mind with the upfront transparent pricing. It's been one day since his procedure and he's doing well! Thank you for taking such good care of my boy. Highly recommend!"
"My dog Hillary comes here every year for her annual cleaning and I just can’t say enough good things about Dr. Livermore, Jen, and the entire Pearly Bites staff. Hillary is a teeny tiny dachshund so of course she has terrible teeth so we don’t mess around when it comes to dental cleanings. Before Pearly Bites, it was always a guessing game of how much that year’s cleaning would cost— will it be the low estimate? The high estimate? Something even higher than the high estimate? I really appreciate the transparent pricing system at Pearly Bites— what they quote you is the max you will pay. I also love that they update you throughout the day of the procedure and send you home with before and after photos. But most of all, my favorite part of Pearly Bites is the way they treat their patients. Appointments never feel rushed, Dr. Livermore takes time to really listen and does such a good job at explaining her recommended next steps without making you feel pressured into doing something. I truly regard the Pearly Bites team as family, that’s how comfortable and cared for they make my dog and I feel. As long as we have dogs, we will be returning customers."
"My 10 yr old cat was suffering from bleeding gums and had a lot of tartar on her back teeth. We visited her usual vet for consultation and they exaggerated her condition and pushed for immediate dental work, which made me feel very uncomfortable. We came to Dr. Livermore for an initial consultation, she was very patient when listening to my cat’s condition (she had just gotten treated for hyperthyroidism), and was very detailed when explaining her findings of the initial exam and what she recommends. During the initial consultation, she showed that she truly cares about my cat’s dental health which is what made me book the dental right away. After the cleaning and extractions, Dr. Livermore was also very patient and detailed when explaining to me on what to expect for the next few days. The recovering process was tough but my cat pulled through. She’s a lot more cuddly and playful; it’s like she’s 5 yrs old all over again. I am very grateful for Dr. Livermore and her team. If your pet is not in immediate need of dental work, I highly recommend this place!"
