"So glad I found Francis Animal Clinic and Dr. Bekhit and his team! Dr. Bekhit is very experienced and knowledgeable. He performed surgery on my 8-year-old Cavalier, which included spaying and correcting two hernias at once. She was up and running just 2 days after the surgery and noticeably more energetic. My previous vet had conducted a couple of blood tests ($400-500 each time) and advised that there was a risk of my Cavalier bleeding out due to several factors if she undergoes surgery. Consequently, we delayed her spay surgery out of fear of the potential risk. We had also pointed out the two hernia growths on her stomach, but our previous vet never mentioned that they could be a serious health issue if left untreated. I wish I had found Francis Animal Clinic sooner!"

"Dr. Bekhet has been seeing and treating my pets for the better part of 15 years. I’ve followed him from Astoria and Forest Hills to now Bayside. "The doctor and his team were very helpful with my dog. My whole experience in Francis Animal Clinic was great my dog has been limping for a couple of days and when I took him in I was nervous he was going to need surgery. The doctor felt his leg and said everything is in place so he didn’t want to do an x-ray to stress him out. He recommended me to limit his movement and for him to take it slow on the playing and running, he gave me something to ease with his pain and the recheck was free which is great! My dog is doing a lot better and the doctor said we wouldn’t need to do surgery. I’m thankful for the doctor and his team they’re very considerate and will help you out in these situations.
