"We have been using LAYG since June of 2023. Our boys are very happy here. The teachers, especially in the infant room, are very caring and friendly. The children get lots of art and craft time as my boys, even my 1 year old, comes home with many projects. They also get time spent outside each day (weather permitting) which is nice. Overall our experience has been a positive one."
"If you send your child here- take them out. Many of the employees here are verbally abusive and generally abusive to the kids. (Calling them disgusting for having an accident, giving toddlers 10 minutes to eat lunch because the teachers are running late, not providing water bottles all day, yelling at toddlers, isolating them in time-out for long periods of time). Incidents were reported to management who did nothing. ESPECIALLY watch out for the 3 year old classroom. Unfortunately I have inside experience with this center and have seen many heartbreaking things."
"Treat children like cattle, and employees were always miserable. Nope dont send your babies here. K2 was great but they just ended the school age program"
"After 3 days I pulled my daughter out and she’s happily been at a different daycare (not a LAYG either) for a year and a half. At LAYG she was alone, crying no matter what time of day I picked her up! When I arrived she would tell me she wanted her stuffed animal back which was placed out of her reach by a teacher after nap time day after day. I discussed putting her stuffed animal away when she’s distracted rather than taking it from her hands to help her adjust and both the teachers and the director agreed to try it however I would find her crying and the stuffed animal out of reach again the next day. Then she would sleep for hours showing how exhausted she was from crying all day! Her first day at a different daycare, the Monday after, she was smiling and playing at pick up time and had willingly put her stuffed animal away on her own once she was comfortable, so glad we left!"
"I cried because I got separated from my sister"
