"I worked with this therapist in 2020-2021. I loved that she challenged my way of thinking and she truly was a help in my communication skills. However, our relationship began to sour when she imposed the idea that "I am the therapist and I know best". She turned from someone I could go to for advise and counsel into someone that discouraged my critical thoughts to her methods and someone that made me fear any disagreeance during the session. When I wanted to end our relationship, I hoped to explain to her where I think she could have better worked with me. I, unfortunately, was met with constant interruption, gaslighting and micromanaging of my wording. It was truly a horrible experience, I hope this was a one time event and that she is not the same way with other clients."
