"I spent may days and hours researching therapists covered under my health insurance. I came across Jennifer Ufko who had many great reviews. I decided to call her. She did return my calls. As it was explained by her, is that she sees 90% of her clients virtually and has a couple of other therapists that see some of her clients in person. At first, I made a virtual appointment then cancelled after realizing that I do not have the privacy at home for a virtual therapy session. I decided to place a call to see if I could get an in person appointment even if it meant waiting a reasonable amount of time for it. I called and left a message and went on with the day. I came out of the store to a text message from Jennifer Ufko stating they do not do in person at all. She denies telling me that she told me anything about in person in our earlier conversation. I was naturally upset as I was told different & asked if she could recommend anyone in-person explaining that virtual would not work with my circumstances. She did not respond back. So much for getting a recommendation and/ or response from a so-called mental health professional. It is great that she has the resources and privacy from her home to work but not every person has that luxury. Thanks for yet another lesson of people who portray themselves as something they are clearly not!"
