"My doctor made a referral three times to Dr. Neerukonda. Each time they say they never received it. The third time they said they had received it and someone would call me back. Never did. I called again. We have no referral. I don't know about the doctor, but the office staff is clearly incompetent."

"Called to inquire about initiating care because my current psychiatrist is bad about getting my drugs (constantly orders different ones from what she prescribed). Dr. Nerrukonda won't give an initial consult without a referral from my current psychiatrist. I explained this would mean ending a relationship before knowing anything about the (potential) new doctor and they said "Sorry, it's our policy." An un-flexible approach and an ill-conceived policy. Sounds like someone who bases everything on his own world rather than yours."

"I do not recommend this place at all. I called because I need help and the receptionist gave me attitude and HUNG UP ON ME!!! You should be ashamed of how you treat patients who need help!!!!"

"My stepson has developed significant twitches and tremors in his face since using the medication prescribed to him at this office. When brought to the doctor's attention, he said all the medicines can cause twitches - let him know once it gets really bad. Our insurance company sent us notices and then called us requesting that 2 tests be run for my stepson each year due to the psychiatric medications prescribed to him. The receptionist refused to order the tests and said that we need to call the insurance company back and tell them to send the office something in writing before their office will order the tests. I am disgusted that they do not already automatically run these tests which the insurance company says are mandatory. I am further disgusted that they are refusing to order the tests upon our request, when the insurance company made clear to me that a simple request should be sufficient because these tests are routine for anyone using these specific medications."
