"If you want a great doctor and staff that know what they are doing and care about your pet, you can't find a better place."
"We love our vet , Dr Nealey, she is wonderful and cares and always willing to help and her staff is just as kind, supportive and patient, thank you!"
"First time visit and was not disappointed! They got me in within 24 hours of calling and even gave me step by step directions over the phone when I got lost on the way. The technicians were all wonderful and attentive to my dog. They received her blood test results back while I was still in office! Gave me referrals for spays that were not only top of the line, but also affordable. Absolutely loved Dr. Nealey and she answered every one of my questions and put me at ease regarding our new dog. Highly recommend. We will be switching all our animals to her care."
"I refuse to ever come here again. I had brought my cat in after she fell down my stairs and was acting very strange and wobbly. They said it was a concussion and have her a steroid shot. The shot worked for a few days but she started declining again so we brought her back in and then suddenly they wanted to just euthanize her. My cat was only 3, she was young so I wanted to keep trying cuz she didn’t look like she was giving up. They gave her another steroid shot and some oral steroids to take for 2 weeks. She was doing really good, her two weeks were almost and she suddenly started to go down hill again, we came home and found her breathing really shallow and practically unresponsive. We immediately called the vets office and were asking what to do, if we should bring her in and either dr Nealey herself or one of her staff members blatantly degraded us and when we got upset for being blamed, they hung up and refused to answer our many pleading phone calls…my cat passed away in my arms about 10 minutes later. We called begging for help and they blamed us and then completely ghosted us. I’m nauseated at the lack of compassion if not for the owners but for the animals that depend of them."
