"Our little Shitzu/Yorkie came down with a pretty ugly stomach issue last Sunday. We tried to nurse her as best we could, no food...etc. By Tuesday she was clearly needing to see her Vet. Called the office as soon as they opened and within an hour we were sitting in the office. Dr Hines is usually our regular but he was enjoying a day off. We met Dr Luba Drouin....what a wonderful, caring and loving women. She loved on my Holly, cuddled her, hugged her and took total control. Bloodwork, exrays, an over nite stay and plenty of love got our girl on the road to recovery. Upon picking her up the next day, she was discharged with a page of instructions with Dr Drouin bringing her out personally to me in the waiting room. The girls behind the desk are awesome, special shout out to Karen, as well as the techs behind the scenes. They called the next day to see how she was and told me to never hesitate to call, no matter how silly my question might seem to me. I Love you all...thank you. God bless."
