"Just didn't get that level of professionalism from the staff.My calls would be transferred to at least 3 people who all said something different.Finally spoke to someone who tried to help and gave me the number to a person who was in charge of my application for rental assistance.A few days went by and no return call,so I called to speak with her.She wanted to know who told me to call her?Asked me when I filled out my app and that when I applied the program had changed.My landlord and I signed paperwork that said different.Totally unexceptable I wish I had been referred to some place other than there"

"Horrible unprofessional staff who act like me calling for help is a burden on them. I had to call for thirty minutes straight just to get a manager who is chief program officer and she said nothing but she’ll call me back. Her staff said on the phone while passing the receiver here I’m tired of her I’m sick of her. Terrible I would not advise anyone to cal there especially when in need of any help"

"The staff was very unprofessional and rude. When i walked in, there were about 5 people behind the reception window and no one was able to assist me. The reception did not greet me.The person I had an appointment with was not in the building and they were not able to locate her. I felt very uncomfortable while visiting the location. It did not have a welcoming feeling at all. I would not go back and would not recommend anyone. The Board and CEO need to go visit this location to see how the office is run day to day. Im very disappointed!"
