"I purchased a phone charger cord from the gift shop. The cord was the wrong cord for my phone. I went back to the store and attempted to exchange the cord for the correct one. The merchant would not allow me to exchange or return the product I did not use. I had just purchased it 30 minutes earlier. There are no signs stating a no return policy of this item. The merchants was not trying to make me feel like was a human being. A totally bad experience for me."
"Overall poor experience with corporate policies that people feel the need to rigidly follow. A coworkers' wife was in a motorcycle accident and was in the ICU. So, I bought a couple thinking of you cards, and I got everyone at work to sign them for him and his wife. I went to the gift shop to ask if I could have flowers delivered to her room, and couldn't because she was in the ICU. No big deal there though, gift shop employee told me no flowers but I could send a balloon. I then asked if they could deliver them to her room with the cards I bought, and she said she could take the balloon but not the cards. If I wanted to buy cards from them, then they could deliver them. Only problem with that is none of the cards in the gift shop have 50+ personal uplifting messages already written in them from friends. I didn't argue with anyone, I just left, a little baffled at the ridiculousness of it all. Got flowers delivered to their house instead to let them know we were all thinking of his family. The florist had no issue taking the cards we had all already signed. #wakeway #a passion for caring"
