"I walked in, gave my order, sat down, and waited. Three minutes later another customer walks in and orders, leaves a few minutes later. I sat there patiently and alone in the front of the cold store and wasted over 20 minutes of my life I could have been going somewhere else to eat because they never bothered to put the order in and just let me sit there like a fool, a great way to lose a customer that enjoyed their food in the past. If you want to be treated like you exist then walk on by and go to Li Wan down the street."

"First time and last time here. I ordered Wonton soup that came with noodles. It had a big roach in the bag."

"Fong Kwan has finally reopened, for takeout service. EDIT: they now have limited indoor dining, two separate small tables. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required for dine-in. Very good reliable Cantonese menu plus some Thai dishes too. Good Cantonese style take out I used to be able to find more frequently, this still had some great familiar choices at great prices."
