"I called to make sure there was no age limit to skate, the women mocked me for asking about price for a one year old claiming a one year old can’t walk, she’s been walking since she was 7 months After paying full price for my one year old I was yelled at by the referee multiple times we were going to slow and her skate fell off and I had to pick her up to get her off the rink. Supposed to be skate at your own risk so If I wanted to pick her up that’s my own risk and definitely shouldn’t have. Even yelled at for any of that. So I call to explain my bad experience asked for a manager didn’t get one the women said that she should have been in the practice rink or toddler rink I said where was that she said if h actually came you would have seen them on the sides, I asked oh the areas filled with people and kids crashing into the walls really fast banging into anyone and everyone she said I have a call and hung up. I am outraged at this customer service… Side note no high chairs in the eating area and super expensive food"
"My daughter has fallen in love with skating, so it has been the go-to spot every Friday and Saturday for us! The venue is beautiful and lots of history behind it. The only negative thing I can say is price point is higher than I remember back in my day skating, but it is affordable for most. Have you ever thought of a skate pass? Bring cash even though ATM is on site."
"This place is big. As touted on their web page - the "largest indoor skate rink in the world." The floor is great. There did not seem to be any bad spots that will trip you up. You can use quads or inline skates here. There is a decent snack bar and there is a game room. On my visit there were several birthday parties going on. The entry cost seems a bit expensive in my opinion"
"Place is cool to visit with family on a weekend like today but the sound system is horrible. Can hardly hear the music and after a while you get a headache. I also noticed they don’t spray those rental skate shoes, very smelly. Another observation is that you don’t get a ticket or number for your shoes, so if someone wear same shoes as you; you’ll receive each other shoes. That happened twice to us during our visit. Can run a little bit better and invest in a new sound system. Update: Response Well you should since I was giving someone else sneakers twice. Of course the music wasn’t turn up all way. The treble and base alone was enough. You can not hear the music. You used to be able to hear the music. The sound take joy out of skating. FYI you should spray each shoes after used for healthy reason. Thank you for responding to my review."
"Worth visiting the this largest rink! Kids enjoy skating and ice cream treats. It’s fun to be able to roller skate throughout the whole building. They have a small diner that serves pizza, nachos, and fries, as well as ice cream, snow cones and soda, unfortunately it’s cash only. The admission and rental place takes credit card though."
