"Nice store, nice things.......POOR customer service. Came in for a "it's a Girl Bow". Found one, checked out, paid, and asked for a bag..... lady at register said ooo, you don't want a bag for that, "it will take out all the fluff out of that bow". Yeah I want a bag to avoid dog hair, dander, etc from my vehicle not getting on MY baby pink bow. Left with no bag..... goodness sakes its a bow....MY BOW that I JUST paid for....it will fluff back out. Luckily had an old belk bag in vehicle. Guess what? I will not be returning. Never had an issue getting a bag for my purchase anywhere before. Kinda crazy."
