"I cannot even begin to tell you the depths of our disappointment with Miriam's. Our experience includes them providing the wrong order, refusing to make it right without charging us, blaming us, and hanging up on us...and this was while grieving for a recently deceased family member. My wife ordered a military arrangement through FTD online. Miriam's delivered the wrong thing...no military items as clearly shown online. My wife called to ask to make it right. The employee told my wife there would be additional charge to add flags and additional charge to deliver. My wife explained that she had ordered what was online and had already paid, and that it was their mistake. The employee said we should not have used FTD, and reiterated the only way is for us to pay them. The employee hung up on my wife. We contacted FTD and who acknowledged the issue and immediately gave a refund. Our experience with Miriam's was simply unbelievable."

I told him I only wished our wedding flowers (done in the same colors and at a high price point from a florist in Florida) were as beautiful because these were so gorgeous! Highly recommend!!! If I had gotten married in NC I would definitely have used them!"

"The best floral shop for all your floral needs. I needed wreaths and last minute casket spray and what they delivered was the best you can even lay eyes on. Just hours and they delivered the best casket spray during a busy time, a day to mother's day. I hope I never have to order wreaths but if I have too, this will be my one shop stop. Best customer service too. They were patient with me during my time of grieve, confusion and chaos."

"I ordered flowers for my husband’s secretary about 3 weeks ago and the arrangement was so beautiful that when my cousins beloved dog passed away I had to order from them again. The first time the boutique was beautiful and delivered by a very sweet young lady. This time I couldn’t even believe the same bouquet could get even better! It was stunning!!! I have a video and pictures that I will try to post. I can’t say enough about how easy it was to order. Then to get the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen delivered with a picture sent to me of them delivered was absolutely wonderful! I will definitely be ordering for Mother’s Day and any other occasion I have a need for a beautiful arrangement! I don’t remember your names but thank you to the entire staff!"
