"Update: The owner personally called me to see if there was more to be done and how to correct the situation, at this time I stated it was just general feedback and I’m not looking to get anything out of my review. What I can say is that I’ve never had someone who cares so much about their customers and business to place a call immediately to correct the situation. Being in customer service myself it was truly heart warming and he also took the review well- remained professional and very nice which earned back a star in my book. In hindsight, I could have been more specific in my request because I see now this place would have definitely want to make sure their customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases. The customer experience was wonderful! Owner was very nice over the phone and appreciated the quality customer service that was provided. I was slightly disappointed with the arrangement and maybe I should have been more specific but for a small business running as long as they have, I did put some trust once I described the arrangement I was hoping for. My friend loved her get well but for the price and size (I requested for no carnations), seeing the picture she sent was slightly disappointing. I have paid a similar price numerous times with other local/small business florists and just had higher expectations. Not looking for price adjustment or redo on the order, just general feedback. Thank you for delivering and amazing customer service ☺️"
