"the wait for the Rx was over 30 minutes on line. There was only one clerk. Management should have sent another person to serve the people on line. Everyone was working very hard but the wait was horrible. I am going to find another pharmacy rather than waste so much time to pick up a Rx"
"This CVS location is usually my go to. I’ve picked up my prescriptions from other CVS’s and figure I would go to one closer to home… NEVER AGAIN! The pharmacy is understaffed and the three employees that work there have no sense of care or urgency. I initially stopped in around 3:45pm and was #8 on the line of 10 people. I decided to wait in line, 20 minutes into my wait an elderly woman started repeatedly coughing. In today’s times, a line that long to pick up prescriptions is unacceptable. Not only do I not want to get sick but my immune system is weak, I can’t afford to get sick. I decided to leave the line and try again a little later in the evening hoping that the line would not be long. I returned around 8 pm and was #2 in a line of 2 people with a third person sitting on the side waiting for a prescription. After the person in front of me was done, the cashier told me to hold on a minute so she could check out the woman that was waiting on the side. I had not problem with this, I told her go ahead. When it was my turn she looked up the prescription I wanted to pick up for my daughter (that was sent over since 12pm) and told me to go over to drop off they would be able to help me there (she did not explain why nor state that there was an issue). I walked over to drop off and was ignored for another 15 minutes. I patiently waited to see how long it would take for someone to assist me. A female that was sitting behind the cashier when she told me to go to drop off eventually walked over and asked if I had a question. I said no (I’m giving her the benefit of doubt, maybe she didn’t hear the cashier) the cashier told me to come over here, I’m looking to pick up a prescription. She began to look the prescription up in the system and said that the prescription was not filled and it was on hold(??). I asked what usually happens for a prescriptions to be put on hold and if they reach out to the patient or the doctor to let them know that the prescription is on hold. She replied saying that the computer sometimes automatically puts prescriptions on hold and there really is no rhyme or reason, and they do not alert anyone if the prescription is on hold. This annoyed me because there was no logic behind what she said. She then said that the prescription was put on hold because she needed the Medicaid #. My annoyance grew even more because this is not my first time picking up a prescription so the information should definitely be on file and I didn’t walk in with my wallet because I’ve picked up prescriptions before and didn’t need any info. Annoyed I told her that I’d be back the next day to pick up the prescription (the store was about to close and I just didn’t have anymore patience to deal with this situation). I had my husband go to pick up the prescription because I didn’t want to deal with this particular pharmacy again. Needless to say, I will not be using this particular pharmacy again, I’ve gone to other CVS’s and have never had any issues. My suggestion is that they hire more staff, there are three cash registers back there leaving room for more staff, especially during cold and flue season."
"Had my rapid covid test, everything was fast and easy. Just NEVER RECEIVED RESULTS! Called Walgreens pharmacy, they've resent it to email. Which never comes..."
"They always have what I need. Staff are super friendly. Can believe I found this beautiful hat there"
"This place is the worst when it comes to prescriptions. Staff acts like deer caught in headlights when you ask about a prescription. At the counter they look at you blankly when you give them your name. and DOB. Prescriptions are never ready on time , even when you call ahead of time. This will be my last visit here. The only place worse is the CVS on Beach 20th. St. I am so done with CVS ."
