"I’ma little confused at the moment, they were great but maybe there was a miscommunication? I had a cat who passed away from feline leukemia and I took in my other cat to make sure he was negative, thankfully he was and i wanted to vaccinate him for it but as I’m looking at the visit summary paperwork, it says he was vaccinated for rabies and got the FVRCP vaccine as well which I guess is for feline leukemia as well? I’m confused so yeah"

"This review is long overdue. I just wanted to thank VETCO Baldwin for their kindness when our dog, Brooklyn passed away. But to back track, before she passed the female Dr. Rosen truly educated and did her best to support us and care for Brooklyn while she recovered from her severe case of Pyometra. She lived for 3 more months, after her surgery. When Vetco learned about Brooklyn’s passing the mailed us bereavement card signed by the entire team. Also, she went above and beyond when my daughter (a future Vet) interviewed Dr. Rosen for a school project. Truly appreciate Vetco."

"DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE!! BEYOND NEGLIGENT AND CARELESS BEHAVIOR!! COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT! A couple weeks ago, our dog was having trouble walking and breathing so we brought him in to get checked on. The vet took his bloodwork and a urine sample. We waited a couple days for the results and once they called they told us that everything looked completely fine and there was no indication that anything was wrong. They told us to wait a couple weeks because it may have been a virus. A week or so go by and our dog is only getting worse, we bring him back in and the vet have the audacity to tell us that they gave us the wrong blood and urine results and that he had some major issues that showed up. They offered a meager apology. Complete heartless, horrible care. My dog suffered for two weeks in pain because they told us nothing was wrong when we could have helped him. We could have gave him some relief. Complete incompetence. Do not bring your pets here. I have never ever been more disgusted by a supposed professional clinic."

"DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU NEED ON TIME SERVICE OR HAVE AN EMERGENCY I made an last minute appointment as my cat has an injured paw and after traveling the almost 2 hrs that it took to get there no one was there, the nice cashier told me they were on break so I waited an additional 20 minutes only to ask her again to find out from her manager that they had left earlier because the vet was feeling “sick”. I use that in quotation marks because according to other reviews it’s CONSTANT ISSUE. DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT HERE. They rescheduled it 37 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start without my consent for a time I can’t even be there for as I work the next day. Horrible Vetco location, the actual Petco seems great but don’t go for the vet side they’re awful people."

"My old vet retired so when Bella’s ear started bothering her I thought I would try the Vetco in the Baldwin Petco as I already had my dog signed up for the vitals program to save on food and supplies. Everyone was very nice. The doctor was very nice and very thorough in learning about and addressing the health needs of my dog Bella. The visit went very well. She received one vaccine that was due, an injection for arthritis and medication to take home for her ear. I felt the visit was affordable. The vitals program is well worth it."
