"Absolute terrible experience. Fedex gives you a tome frame of arriving before 8 on a package delivery with no options to schedule a time frame. Do they expect everyone to take off a fill day of work in order to receive the shipment? The number on the website is an 800 number so you can't even contact the store."

"Ordered an IPad supposed to have got it the 26th instead got a message saying it will be delivered the 27th. On the 27th got a message saying not able to deliver and that they tried and they didn’t as usual. Now got a message saying it will be delivered the 28th. So I called FedEx, and they said it was delivered Friday to someone named John S with a signature. That was one of their AI names. Finally spoke to someone and I had to repeat my address and my name several times for her to play around and say they had the wrong address. After getting mad and upset and almost telling her off , she says for sure it will be here the 28th. This is a constant problem with these people. Some of their drivers are lazy, even had a problem of leaving my packages at the dirt road in front of my yard instead of my front porch. I agree with everyone on here UPS is the way to go and FedEx is not the way to go. If I had a choice between a buggy being pulled by a mule and FedEx, the buggy with the mule will arrive faster.You can never get a manager either they always say they are busy or they are unavailable. But that’s because they know how bad their service is."
"FedEx made one attempt to delivery my package when we went down to the building to get the package they had already set my stuff back my husband had to use his cane to beat on the door to have someone to come out because there was no one at the counter we scheduled a Saturday delivery and we waited all day for one to show up sorry service thank God for ups"
"If possible do not use this company. Driver didn’t make an attempt to delivery our package. Driver tied it to our mailbox and left a door tag that is not in the system. Oh our mailbox is a mile away from our house and the driver left over $100 worth of goods hanging on the outside of said mailbox. Nothing but laziness."
