"I was “hired on december 21st” and have been been contacting multiple times about my employment status. I have texted the number given to me 3 times and have been ignored all 3 and I was called on Friday january 5th saying i needed new documentation which i took out time to go get. I called back yesterday and was answered by one of the rudest dispatched members so unprofessional i didn’t even get his name. I was explaining to him that i couldn’t upload the needed documentation on the app provided which he told me to try on a computer and complete hung up on me. I called back later that day to explain i’m having the same issue and before i could speak the phone was answered and i was hung up on once again. I texted the number and was again ignored so if you’re thinking of working at this location DON’T that was much wasted time I made it through the entire process drug test, background check, and was never given a date to start or any contact with a human from the facility at all."
