"Delivered flowers for my wife's birthday and forgot the chocolates that were supposed to come with them. Said they would deliver them the next day.... And nothing. Left voicemail and message thru website and was never contacted. Very poor experience."

"So I placed an order with a 3rd party company, and they contacted this place for my replacement order. The original amount I paid was $77 from the 3rd party. I guess they discounted it and failed to discuss that with me. this company was set to do $64 bouquet. Umm. This is not a $64 bouquet of flowers. I am very disappointed from both of these companies will never do business with either of them again. These flowers look so depressing. They were supposed to be for a birthday gift. Horrible!"

"I’m writing on behalf of my sister Mrs Wu-Dyer who sent an arrangement to her daughter for Chinese New Year the Flower was wilted the following day. The florist did not offer to replace arrangement instead stated that there was nothing she could do. It is considered unlucky for Chinese New Year. Which is the purpose of sending that arrangement to celebrate. I will not use a florist who is culturally insensitive again. MrsWu-Dyer"
