"Bad service. Arrived with FedEx label completed and letter to send. No one at FedEx area. Asked staff who was not only impatient but annoyed that I had the nerve to ask. Required a FedEx envelope- which Walgreen staff then claimed they don’t have. Said drop off only and said I had to go buy a Walmart envelope. Isn’t this an on-site location? What’s the point. Don’t waste your time here."
"There are two Fedex Dropbox locations nearby on Kildaire Farm Road. The one inside Walgreens is useless. The staff has not time or motivation to pay the slightest attention to the Fedex customers. The other location in the ERA Building is perfect. Everything you want in a drop box. Clean, well lighted, out of the rain and the heat, and right on the main road. I doubt it's 24/7 but you can't have everything."
"Opted to have my shoes delivered here since i was out of town. I got told when i called that they would hold them, when i went to pick them up they said they were being sent back for non-pickup even though i was earlier than what they had said. They found them and required that i physically show them the tracking number... even though its addressed to me at my address on my license. Spent 15 minutes VPN'ing into my computer at home so i could search and find the email with the gd tracking number. Never again. What a poor excuse to go into a walgreens."
