"Recently I was suppose to receive package with confidential documents from abroad. I checked the status online and it was showing on hold for a long time. When I went to check on the package to collect from this Morrisville service center I was told that package is lost. I was told by DHL personnel that they used third party service to deliver their packages and they lost my package. I would suggest to be more responsible while handling customer documents or packages. I can’t trace the package and worried about my information in the documents. Not happy with the service."

"The package was delivered on time however It was delivered early and I wasn't home...I signed up for text alerts to let me know when the package is coming and recieved no text. The service is usually ontime. DHL express needs to work with on app issues... and updating it software. I was at work and someone could have stolen my package considering I've had mail stolen recently."

"I have been expecting a package to be delivered by DHL for approximately 3 days. On 12/11/23 My parcel was out for delivery, in which I received an SMS message and was able to track where the parcel was on the map with the driver. I watched the driver, on this parcel tracker map, drive down to the end of the road my road comes off of, and turn around and back track to my road and start down that route. They made it about half way down my road before they turned around and left- stating that the package could not be delivered due to 'bad weather'. I was at home, it was chilly, but otherwise sunny outside with an occasional cloud passing by. I was very confused by this, as they were literally within walking distance of my home and if they could not find my house, they could have easily just contacted me with the contact information I'd provided and I would have happily gone to meet them at the end of the road. I have called customer service 3 times since this happened. My package has been on hold at the Morrisville location, and no one can tell me why, or even give me the courtesy of a call back when they tell me they will. They tell me I can come pick it up but I live 2.5 hrs away and work, I cannot come pick it up. This had been the worst experience for a delivery I have ever had, I will never recommend DHL to anyone after this. I don't have my package, and now I'm worried I won't ever get it."

"Omg THESE MEN WERE FABULOUSLY HELPFUL!!! Incredibly KIND and generous and really helped me so much and so quickly! so will NEVER GO TO ANOTHER shipping center again! OMAR YOU ARE A SAINT!!! Sorry for other people’s experience but don’t let that stop you from coming here! They are friendly smart and quick witted and want you to have the best price. I really enjoyed my self and definitely will be servicing only with them moving forward. Thank you again OMAR!!!!!!"

"I just have pleasant experience on this location ( Young Lady) who assisted me around 6:40 pm was very helpful and professional. She’s have several customer in the lobby but she’s managed helping them with timely manner. While waiting I saw her how knowledgeable she’s is. Helping on non English speaker wasn’t easy but listening/seeing how she take care their needs was impressive. Even customer walk-in 6:58 to ship out some documents she’ didn’t hesitate to help them. That’s true above and beyond customer service."
