"Product arrived fairly quickly and are very effective. The first part was for my first order. The second time I place the order with them I order two products and the results were very different. I ordered two products and received one of them fairly promptly. I started wondering where my second order was and went online and try to do their live chat where they say they answer immediately. No response. I sent them an email giving him my order number no response a game. Then I went on the website and called and always got a response and they were on the other line taking taking orders. I finally message after a phone call of no response and told them I felt they were ignoring me. They told me that they were not ignoring me and the shipment was late. I finally did get my order and they did try to make it right but I feel that their customer service is terrible because there isn't any. I have someone actually try and find the store and they could not located. Seems that no one has seen or heard of the store. Not saying they are fake since I got my product just saying beware. I will not be shopping with them in the future. I found a local store where I know where they are located and the people are very friendly and helpful."
