"Horrible. Ordered a same day delivery on a Monday, notified of its delivery but it never arrived. Finally (Wed) got through on the unreliable phone menu & spoke to a real person, Mike, who promised to check on the problem & would call me back. Still no delivery or call back. (Thurs morn). Would not reveal local florist in charge of delivery. Cancelling my order."

"Once again she comes through for me! It was my daughter’s high school graduation, not only did I put in a last minute order, but also when I arrived to pick them up i added more bouquets to the order that she whipped together for me beautifully! She is awesome and her work is beautiful! Also, she has patience for customers like myself who are scatter brained! Thanks once again for your kindnesses and amazing work! One more thing, because I keep flowers on my table weekly, I asked her if she could order me flowers for me to just pick up for my house a couple times a month because she can order whatever kind I want, and is about the same price of the grocery stores. So now I will be getting a better selection of flowers (whatever I want) and I don’t have to bother shopping around from store to store to try and find ones that are alive, or I even like. I cant say enough wonderful things about this business! I mean, look at my daughters bouquet, I really did not have to say much, it’s exquisite!! Thanks again-"

"Mother’s Day flowers sent from my daughter. She selected “add chocolates”. The flowers are pretty and smell fresh. Not at all impressed with the chocolates. My daughter selected order size medium for chocolates which is $25 dollars and I received a 2 pound box of Kit Kat bars. Seriously! A box of assorted truffles would be a better option and more appreciated. So yes, flowers are nice. skip the chocolates—-unless recipient loves An oversized overpriced amount of Kit Kats."

"I cannot say enough great things about Flower Etc of York. They helped make my daughter's wedding day a beautiful affair and went above and beyond to decorate the wedding venue with their gorgeous creations and then take them all down to set back up in the reception hall a few towns away. Every detail was considered and all of the floral arrangements (including bouquets and boutonnieres) were stunning. Their customer service is wonderful and they truly care about their customers. They stayed in contact with us through out the process to make sure we were all on the same page.
