Edible Arrangements

"Stopped by the store today about 11:30 am. I was welcomed by Kendra who was very helpful! She put together a beautiful platter for an elderly neighbor of mine who I want to surprise and bring some joy! Kendra had the platter together in 5 min.! Wow. One small note is the store is open on Sundays but that is not correct on the website. I suggest that it be corrected by corporate to save folks from getting upset! Keep up the beautiful work!"

"I had an edible arrangement sent to me after my mother’s passing. When I received it, it was dirty on the inside and inedible. I reached out for a replacement and was told no, stating that the person who ordered it said it was okay to leave outside. Either way, I feel that it would not be too much to request a replacement that I would happily pick up from the store. So money was spent, no fruit was eaten, and even though I expressed it was something to display comfort during bereavement, I was not even told “I’m sorry for your loss.” I have always enjoyed edible arrangements and send them on a regular basis. Please do not order from here. They are about money only, not about ensuring customer satisfaction."

"I ran in to get a treat for my book club and was greeted by one of the owners, Helena. She gave me a couple of free samples and told me come back and visit during their Happy Hour. I made my purchase and she gave me happy hour pricing for one of my items. I will definitely be back in the future for their great products and friendly service."

"This morning, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a delivery of a Thanksgiving themed basket of goodies and a box of what I thought were cookies. In fact, everything was chocolate covered fruit in unique shapes accompanied by fresh strawberries, grapes, and orange slices. Everything was delicious. I was impressed with the freshness of the fruit and quality of the chocolate. I appreciated the use of kale as a bed instead of some sort of foam to hold everything in position. A big shoutout to Eric Stroup and his family for arranging this truly wonderful gift."
