"My sister ordered a very expensive arrangement for my birthday yesterday, though it says delivered it never actually came. Very disappointed. Nobody called me either. I hope my sister gets every penny back. This location should shut down, the reviews are atrocious. It's sad because Edible Arrangements used to have such a great reputation. Not anymore."

Contacted the location about 15 minutes prior to picking my order and store rep acknowledged the issue and stated my order would be ready at the requested time. I just want to say thank you for having my order prepared for pickup even though there was an issue with your online ordering system. Fantastic job!!!"

"For as much money as you spend you would think the fruit would be good and fresh. I brought my aunt one for her birthday and the pineapples were nasty, the cantaloupe was not sweet. And the grapes were mushy. They really shouldn't have tried to use the grapes or the pineapple because they were too ripe and mushy. My aunt liked the basket but I hated giving it to her. This is the first bad experience I have had with this company."
