"On Thursday November 2, 2023 I ordered a floral arrangement for my wife. I specifically ask that they be delivered on Friday November 3, 2023 around 8:00 AM. The owner which I will not disclose said that it would be delivered first thing. All I wanted was for the office ladies to enjoy the arrangement before my wife went home early. At 1:00 PM on Friday November 3,2023 I called the florist and ask why the flowers I ordered had not been delivered, the lady that I spoke with said they had a problem this morning. The arrangement arrived 1hour before my wife left. If you tell me something then honor you’re word. Last time I will purchase any flowers from Jeans florist."

"Ordered a plant basket and asked if they had anything fishing to go in and she said no but she went to the store and bought bobbers and frogs to put in and it was perfect. It was for a funeral and the family loved it, thank you so much!"

"The pink tribute standing flower arrangement I ordered vs what was received was nothing close to what is advertised on the website. It looked like a cheap knock off version of what they advertise on the website. Also I ordered 2 days in advance and the flowers were delivered during the funeral. I asked for the flowers to be delivered prior to 11 am and they got there after 1 pm. Very disappointed with this company and don’t recommend wasting your money with them."

"Disappointed doesn’t begin to explain how upset my wife and I are with Debbie and Jeans Flowers. We asked for her to be our florist for our wedding and wanted to use a small business. Big mistake. Debbie forgot to bring flower petals for our flower girl and didn’t bother to tell us. Our wedding planners then saw her leave the venue before she finished decorating the tables. My wife and I were unimpressed with the quality and quantity of the floral decor for the price she quoted us. Then after the wedding she just hits us with an invoice with no itemized receipt for more than she initially quoted. We called her to see why the flower petals weren’t there and to explain that we were unhappy with the service. She became very defensive and rude over the phone and wouldn’t give us a receipt because “she doesn’t do receipts”. I said I would be calling the BBB and reluctantly she said she would send me a receipt in the mail for her “services”. No refund, no discount for forgetting a VERY important piece to our wedding, and no apology. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!"
